Carbon Steel Channel
Our carbon steel channels are hot-rolled from high-quality low-carbon or high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels, ensuring consistent mechanical properties and formability. Supplied in the standard mill scale condition, they are ready for immediate fabrication—cutting, welding, drilling—and subsequent painting or galvanizing as specified in the final design. This product represents the essential building block for structural metalwork. We offer a comprehensive range of standard sizes and can provide custom profiles through welding, serving as a reliable and cost-effective partner for contractors, fabricators, and OEM manufacturers worldwide.
Galvanized H Steel
A Galvanized H-beam is a highly efficient structural steel profile with an optimized cross-section resembling the letter "H". Its design features flanges and a web arranged at right angles, providing superior strength-to-weight ratio and bending resistance in all directions. The hot-dip galvanized coating offers exceptional corrosion protection, significantly extending the service life of the structure while reducing maintenance costs. These advantages make it a fundamental and cost-effective material widely used in modern construction and industrial frameworks. Keywords: Galvanized Steel, H-Beam, Structural Steel
Galvanized I-Steel
Hot-dip galvanized I-steel is also called hot-dip galvanized I-steel or hot-dip galvanized I-steel. It is to immerse the I-beam after derusting into molten zinc at about 500 ℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the I-beam, thus achieving the purpose of anti-corrosion. It is suitable for strong corrosive environments such as various strong acids and alkali fogs.
Stainless Steel Unequal Angle Steel
Stainless steel angle steel is mainly divided into two types: equilateral stainless steel angle steel and unequal stainless steel angle steel, of which unequal stainless steel angle steel can be divided into unequal equal thickness and unequal thickness. The section height of unequal stainless steel angle steel is calculated by the long side width of unequal stainless steel angle steel.
Carbon Steel Unequal Angle Steel
Unequal angle steel is widely used in various metal structures, bridges, machinery manufacturing and shipbuilding, various building structures and engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks and warehouses.
Carbon Steel H Steel
H-beam is a new type of steel for economic construction. H-beam has economical and reasonable cross-sectional shape, good mechanical properties, uniform extension of each point on the cross-section and small internal stress during rolling. Compared with ordinary I-beam, H-beam has the advantages of large cross-sectional modulus, light weight and metal saving, which can reduce the building structure by 30-40%. In addition, because its legs are parallel to the inner and outer sides and the leg ends are right angles, the welding and riveting work can be saved by 25%. It is often used in large buildings (such as factories, high-rise buildings, etc.) with large bearing capacity and good cross-sectional stability, as well as bridges, ships, lifting and transportation machinery, equipment foundations, supports, foundation piles, etc.
Carbon Steel I-Beam
I-beam is mainly divided into ordinary I-beam, light I-beam and low alloy light I-beam. Ordinary I-beam and light I-beam flanges are thick on the web plate and thin on the outside. Ordinary I-beam, light I-beam, because the cross-sectional dimensions are relatively high, narrow, so the section of the two main sleeve moment of inertia difference is large, which makes it in the scope of application has a great limitation. The use of I-beam shall be selected according to the requirements of the design drawings.
Z Sheet Pile
Z sheet piles are high-performance, hot-rolled steel sections designed to interlock seamlessly, forming continuous, watertight, and structurally integral walls. Their primary engineering advantage lies in their large section modulus per unit weight, which allows for deeper excavations, higher retaining heights, and the ability to withstand greater soil and water pressures with a more economical use of steel compared to other sections.
Deformed Rebar
Deformed bar, also known as rebar (short for reinforcing bar), is a steel bar or mesh of steel wires used as tension devices in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Deformed bar’s surface is often patterned to form a better bond with the concrete.
U Sheet Pile
U sheet piles are hot-rolled steel sections designed to interlock securely along their edges, forming continuous walls capable of resisting soil, water, and lateral pressures. Their symmetrical "U" shape provides a balanced section modulus and facilitates the construction of circular or curved structures, such as circular cells and arched bulkheads, with unmatched efficiency. We supply a comprehensive range of standard U-pile sections compliant with major international standards. The sections are engineered for easy installation and reliable performance, offering a cost-effective and time-saving solution for temporary and permanent retaining structures.
