1. Core Grades and Properties

  • 304 Stainless Steel Coil: The mainstream general-purpose grade, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Resists atmospheric, fresh water, weak acid and weak alkali corrosion, heat-resistant up to 800℃, with good ductility and easy stamping and bending. Suitable for most civil and industrial applications.
  • 316L Stainless Steel Coil: Added with molybdenum, greatly improves resistance to salt spray and chloride ion corrosion. Low carbon design reduces intergranular corrosion during welding. Ideal for marine engineering, chemical equipment, medical devices and food-grade equipment.
  • 201 Stainless Steel Coil: Cost-effective material with moderate cost and high strength. Commonly used for interior decoration, home appliance shells, general hardware and other non-corrosive environments.
  • 430 Stainless Steel Coil: Ferritic stainless steel with good thermal conductivity and stress corrosion resistance. Often used in kitchenware, home appliances and automotive exhaust systems.

2. Production Process and Surface Treatment

  • Production Process: Divided into hot rolling (thicker, higher strength) and cold rolling (high precision, smooth surface). Hydrogen-protected annealing eliminates internal stress, ensuring dimensional stability and processability.
  • Common Surfaces: 2B matte (general purpose), BA bright finish, No.4 brushed (decoration), 8K mirror (high-end mirror), meeting various appearance and functional requirements.
  • Flexible Specifications: Thickness 0.1mm–20mm, width 300mm–1500mm. Support slitting, cutting-to-length and film lamination for automated continuous production.

3. Applications

  • Architectural Decoration: Curtain walls, ceilings, elevator cabins, metal finishes, attractive, durable and easy to maintain.
  • Home Appliances & Kitchenware: Refrigerator liners, dishwashers, kitchen countertops, sinks, hygienic and easy to clean.
  • Food & Medical Industry: Dairy equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, surgical instrument parts, meeting food contact and hygiene standards.
  • Industrial Equipment: Chemical storage tanks, heat exchangers, pipelines, automotive parts, new energy battery shells.
  • Transportation & Marine: Ship interiors, rail transit decorations, coastal construction materials, weather and corrosion resistant.

4. Product Advantages

  1. Corrosion Resistant & Long Service Life: Self-repairing oxide film on the surface, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
  2. Excellent Processability: Coiled material can be continuously cut, stamped, bent and welded, improving production efficiency.
  3. Eco-Friendly & Recyclable: 100% recyclable, compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental requirements.
  4. High Dimensional Accuracy: Thickness tolerance within ±0.02mm, flawless surface, suitable for high-end precision manufacturing.
