1. Common Grades & Features

  • 304 Stainless Steel PipeVersatile, resistant to atmosphere, fresh water, weak acid and weak alkali corrosion, with good formability and weldability. Mainly used for water supply and drainage, decorative pipes, general equipment structural pipes.
  • 316L Stainless Steel PipeContains molybdenum, stronger resistance to chloride ions, salt spray, acid and alkali. Suitable for marine environments, chemical industry, food, pharmacy and high-end fluid transportation.

2. Production Process Classification

  • Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe: made by piercing, rolling and drawing. No welding seam, high pressure resistance and high precision. Used for high-pressure, high-temperature fluid transportation.
  • Welded Stainless Steel Pipe: formed by rolling and welding. Uniform wall thickness, smooth surface, moderate cost. Suitable for decoration, water supply and drainage, general equipment.
